Payment Terms, Refunds, and Cancellation Policies

Payment Processing & Billing Cycles
We accept major credit cards and other secure digital payment methods. Program and subscription billing cycles are outlined at the time of purchase. For recurring services, payments are automatically processed on the agreed-upon date. It is your responsibility to keep payment information current.
Refund Policy
Refunds for personalized programs are assessed on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of the initial purchase, provided no more than one consultation has been utilized. For workshops and events, full refunds are available with 48 hours notice prior to the event start; partial refunds may apply thereafter. Digital products are generally non-refundable. All refunds exclude processing fees.
Cancellation Terms
To cancel a personalized wellness program subscription, a 30-day advance notice is required to avoid further billing. Individual consultation cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to reschedule without penalty. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the session fee.
Program Modifications & Financial Hardship
Veridian Bloom reserves the right to modify service offerings or pricing with prior notice. In cases of demonstrated financial hardship, we may offer payment plans or sliding scale options. Please contact our support team to discuss eligibility.

However, sharing confidential program materials or personal information of others without consent is prohibited. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.

Dispute Resolution
Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of any Veridian Bloom Service will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify. This includes any claims against Veridian Bloom, its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, agents, employees, or third-party providers. The arbitration will be conducted in San Francisco, California.
